NCR Technologies is a Bhiwadi-based technology business operated as a sole proprietorship. We design, develop, and operate GharSeva — a two-sided marketplace that brings transparency and accountability to a sector historically dominated by informal, unaccountable channels.

Subscription plans

Recurring care that bundles visits and savings — from Monthly Clean (₹999/mo) to the Home Care Annual plan (15% off everything). Visits are pre-allocated, auto-renew is optional, and unused visits are refunded pro-rata if you cancel.

Society & RWA

Book one service across many flats in a single parent booking. Group discounts apply automatically — 10% for 10–19 flats, 20% for 20–49, 30% for 50+ — with a lead (POC) partner coordinating a team and per-flat completion tracked in-app.

How are service partners verified?
Service partners verify their Aadhaar (via UIDAI OTP) and PAN (via NSDL/Protean) through our KYC partner Sandbox (sandbox.co.in). We receive only the verification result — a boolean "verified" status — and never store the underlying document or number. Before any payout, the partner’s bank account is validated with an instant ₹1 penny-drop that confirms the account holder’s name. Verified partners earn a green “Verified Partner” badge that customers can see.
How do I download the GharSeva app?
GharSeva is available on the Google Play Store. Download from Google Play directly, or search for "GharSeva" in the Play Store app on your Android device. After install, sign up with your phone number, verify the OTP, and start booking services across Delhi-NCR. An iOS version is on our roadmap.
How does pricing work? Are there hidden fees?
Service prices are shown upfront before you book. The breakdown shows the all-in service price (inclusive of taxes), any promo or referral discounts applied, and a clear money split that tells you what the partner receives versus the platform fee. There are no hidden booking fees, no surcharges added at checkout, and no surge pricing for regular bookings. Emergency same-hour bookings carry a 1.5× surge multiplier that's clearly disclosed before you confirm.
How are partners paid?
Partners keep 93.1% of every job. The remaining 6.9% is the platform fee. For online payments, once the customer marks the job complete, GharSeva pays the partner’s 93.1% share to their verified bank account within 12 hours. For cash bookings, the partner collects the full amount at the door and remits the 6.9% platform fee from their dashboard via the in-app "Pay Now" flow.
What if a service doesn't go well?
Open the completed booking from the Bookings tab and tap the red “Complaint” button. Describe the issue and optionally request a refund of up to 40% of the booking total — that's the server-enforced cap. Our admin team reviews the complaint within 48 hours, with the partner given a fair chance to respond. If approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay in 3–5 business days. Cash bookings can't receive monetary refunds since GharSeva never held the payment, but partners may face other action.
Is GharSeva available in Hindi?
Yes — full English and Hindi (Devanagari) interface parity. Both modes — household booking and service-partner job acceptance — have been translated and reviewed for fluency. You can switch languages from the profile screen at any time.
How do society / RWA bookings work?
A society or RWA committee can book a single service across many flats — say, AC servicing for 40 apartments — through one parent booking. A designated Point-of-Contact (POC) partner manages a team of partners, assigns flats, and coordinates the schedule. Each flat is tracked individually so residents can confirm completion of their unit independently.
I'm a service professional. How do I sign up?
Download GharSeva from Google Play and choose "Become a Partner" on the welcome screen. You'll need to provide your skill set, service area, and complete Aadhaar & PAN verification through Sandbox (takes about 2 minutes) and add a bank account we verify instantly with a ₹1 penny-drop. Once verified, you'll start receiving job dispatches in your area. There's no signup fee, ever.

How and when do I get paid?
For online jobs, GharSeva pays your 93.1% share to your verified bank account within 12 hours — after you tap Done and the customer confirms with “Mark Done”. Tapping Done alone doesn't release payment; the customer's confirmation is required. The minimum payout is ₹100.
How do I add and verify my bank account?
In the app, go to Profile → Bank Account and enter your account number, IFSC, and account-holder name. We verify it instantly with a ₹1 penny-drop. Once the name matches your bank records you get a green Verified badge, and all payouts go to that account.
How much do I earn per job? Is there a fee?
You keep 93.1% of every job; GharSeva's platform fee is 6.9%. Pricing is all-inclusive — the fee is already part of the price the customer pays, never added on top.
How do cash jobs work?
For a cash job you collect the full amount from the customer and then owe GharSeva the 6.9% platform fee. You pay it from the cash job card using the “Pay Now” button. Until that fee is cleared, you can't accept new cash jobs.
How many jobs can I take at once?
You can hold up to 5 active regular jobs at a time (confirmed or awaiting payment). Society/group and subscription bookings don't count toward this cap; emergency jobs do. Complete one — tap Done and have the customer confirm — to free up a slot.
How do I become a Verified Partner?
Verify your phone number and at least one of Aadhaar or PAN in Profile → Verify Documents — it's instant, through our KYC partner Sandbox. Verified partners get the green badge, which builds customer trust and helps you win more jobs.
How do I set my prices?
You set your own price for each sub-service you offer. Customers compare partners by price and rating before booking, so competitive pricing together with good ratings wins you more jobs.
Which areas can I work in?
GharSeva operates in the Delhi-NCR region only — Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Bhiwadi, and nearby cities. Jobs are matched to partners within about 35 km.
What happens if a customer complains or gets a refund?
If a refund is approved on a completed job, your share for that job is reduced by the same proportion. If a booking is cancelled or refunded before you've been paid, it simply drops off your payout list.
How do I track my earnings?
The Money Status panel on the Jobs tab shows cash in hand, online payouts still pending, and any platform fees you owe. Each completed online job shows “Pending” until GharSeva pays it, then “Paid”.
How do I change my bank account?
Update it in Profile → Bank Account. Changing your account details clears the verified status, so you'll re-do the instant ₹1 penny-drop check before your next payout.
